For Mae: Skysims 087 and 089 retextured!

*has the beginning of another cold and is covered in Hello Kitty band-aids while headbanging to The Retrosic's "The Storm"*

These two hairs have made me hostile to small creatures--so if you have one of those ugly, midget dogs anywhere in my vicinity and you don't want a 3 3/4 inch spikey heel taking the place of its face, get it somewhere safe. :3

Anyway....(note: that was sarcasm in case anyone didn't get that)

I unfortunately couldn't get rid of the residual grease Skysims hairs tend to leave no matter what texture you use. Oh well. I also did EA highlights for 089, but uh...it looks more useful as streaked hair :3

Does anyone happen to have a separate file (separate from a huge set I mean--so I can extract the .dds files) for these two store hairs (Duck's Tail, and Fins Out)? I would love to retexture these as they are my favourite male hairs (Duck's Tail reminds me of Alistair's hair from DA:O) :3 Hell, I'd retexture the whole store. XD

Skysims 086 retextured!

I hate this hair. It is floaty, has like no morphs, made my textures look crappy and has transparency issues (WHAT? A SKYSIMS HAIR THAT HAS TRANSPARENCY ISSUES!?).

New model today; Lenore got knocked up again by Aaron (goddamn autonomous tree-house woohoo).

As you can see...it is very floaty and on the back there are transparency issues.

Skysims 084 retextured!

Okay. I liked this hair at first, until I saw it in game and facepalmed. Egg head syndrome once again. God. Love the top half, front and back...but those curls are kind of ew and I have a chopped/resize version on my long list of WIPs (short attention span, I know).

Skysims 041

So I really do love Skysims hairstyles....but oh God, there are so many issues that need fixing.

I love how these textures look on them. I love the style...but that scalp? The transparency issues? GAWD. Fortunately my brother got me 3ds max so I'll see if I can fix some of this crap by deleting the s*** out of everything   dinking around with the mesh. And by dinking around, I mean me staring at the shit-ton of buttons for 9 hours straight and working out wtf to do and where to even start. Here's hoping, 'cause these are really nice styles. :D
